Who we are

SantaSMS is a trading name of Dut Dot Dev Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17190834), registered office: 1 Ffordd Boydell, Connah's Quay, Deeside, CH5 4FF. Dut Dot Dev Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we store

Your account email and password (hashed, never stored in plain text); the names and phone numbers of participants you add to a draw or group; draw configuration and results; wallet/credit history; and payment records from our payment provider (we don't store your card details ourselves).

Why

To run your draws, send the SMS messages you've asked us to send, process payments, and stop abuse (e.g. rate limiting logins). We never sell participant data.

Who we share it with

Our SMS provider (to deliver texts) and our payment provider (to process top-ups) each see the minimum they need to do their job - phone number and message for SMS, payment details for the payment provider.

How long we keep it

Account and draw data is kept while your account is active. Unused wallet credit expires 2 years after it's added. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time via Support.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
