Who we are

SantaSMS is a trading name of Dut Dot Dev Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17190834). "We" and "us" in these terms means Dut Dot Dev Ltd.

The service

SantaSMS lets you organise a gift-exchange draw and notify participants by SMS. You control your wallet balance and spend it on draws, rules, reveals, reminders, and Santa messages as described on the pricing page.

Your responsibility for participants' data

You are responsible for having the right to share each participant's name and phone number with us, and for making sure they're happy to receive the texts your draw sends. Don't add anyone who hasn't agreed to take part.

Credit and payments

Wallet credit is non-refundable once spent. Unused credit (from top-ups or promo codes) expires 2 years after it's added. Minimum top-up and per-item pricing are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases.

Fair use

Don't use the service to send unsolicited, abusive, or unlawful messages. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its messaging providers.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for delays or failures caused by our SMS or payment providers.
